Law Witr Prayer

According jumhur scholars, legal Witr prayer is Sunnah muakkadah. It is the opinion of Imam Malik, ash-Syâfi'iy, Ahmad, Ishaq, and others.
On the other hand, Abu Hanifa found Witr prayer obligatory. He berdalilkan with some of the arguments, which of them is the hadeeth of Buraidah radi 'anhu, that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said,
"(Prayer) Witr is haq. Anyone who does not (prayers) Witr, not including our group. (Prayer) Witr is haq. Anyone who does not (prayers) Witr, not including our group. (Prayer) Witr is haq. Anyone who does not (prayers) Witr, not including our group. " [1]

Tarjih
In this case, a more correct opinion is that Witr prayer is not obligatory. It is based on the hadith of Talha bin 'Ubaidullah radi' anhu narrated by al-Bukhary and Muslim that, when the obligations of the five daily prayers, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam asked, "Is there any other obligation upon me?" he replied, "Nothing, except just praying tathawwu' (sunnah)." [2]
Then, will be explained also on the implementation of the prayer of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam above mount animals [3] because it has been understood that the obligatory prayers is not done over the animal mounts.
In addition, there are other arguments that show the witr ketidakwajiban. [4]

[3] As narrated by al-Bukhary and Muslim from the hadeeth of 'Amr ibn Rabi'a. In addition, there are several other Companions sunnah of the Prophet describes the implementation of animal mounts on top of him.
[4] On the legal discussion above Witr prayer, read Al-Istidzkâr 2/80, al-Majmu '3/514-517, 2/591-594 Al-Mughny, Majmu' al-Fataawa 23/88, Fathul Bary 6 / 210-212 Ibn Rajab, and Nailul Authâr 3/34.

Reading order for Al-Qur `an More Touching Hearts

Reading order for Al-Qur `an More Touching Hearts

Allaah commanded the Prophet Muhammad sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, as in his words,
"And recite what is revealed to you the Book of your Lord (Al-Qur` an). There is no (one) who can change his sentences. And you will not be able to find refuge besides Him. "[Al-Kahf: 27]
Also in his word,
"I was just told to worship the Lord of the land (Makkah) Who has made it (the land) is sacred and belongs to Him everything. As well, I ruled that I classified as those who have surrendered, and so I read the Qur `an (to humans)." [An-Naml: 91-92]
To the believers, Allah Almighty advocate,
"Indeed, those who are always reading (recitations) Book of Allah, establish the prayer, and spend most of the sustenance which We have bestowed upon them secretly and openly, they were expecting a trade that will not lose money. (Ie) in order to perfect reward for them and add to them of His bounty. Verily, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Ready to appreciate. "[Fatir: 29-30]
There is no doubt that the reading of Al-Qur `an is one of the main duties of a Muslim and a Muslim as well as a source of goodness and happiness that she could not be separated from life.
Reading Al-Qur'an in accordance with the command of Allah Almighty will inherit a very great faith in God and will add confidence, calmness, and tenderness [1] .
Allaah says,
"And from Al-Qur` an, we lose something of the bidder and a mercy to those who believe, while Al-Qur `an it does not add (something) to those wrongdoers, except for the loss." [Al-Isra `: 82]
Virtue and benefits of reading the Qur `an is certainly very much. However, the problem in most of the readers of the Muslims of Al-Qur `an is the lack of an influence on the soul in reading Al-Qur'an Al-Karim.
Therefore, in this paper, we will describe some tips that can help a Muslim and a Muslim that touched his heart and soul over and over makes he can love and glorify Al-Qur `an.
The following explanation of some of these tips to ask help from God.
First, know virtue, grandeur degrees, and the height of the position of Al-Qur `an that someone reading the Qur` an with joy and a sense of hope, and full respect, exaltation, and the fear of Allah, the lower the Al-Qur `an The. Allaah says,
"O people, verily lesson has come to you from your Lord, a healing for the diseases (which are) in the chest, as well as guidance and mercy for the believers. Say, 'By the Grace of Allah and His mercy, let them rejoice with it. (Gift of God and His mercy) it is better than anything they collect. "[Yunus: 57-58]
Secondly, the knowledge of a servant that the Qur `an is kalamullah (word of God) which is the best of honest conversation and greeting the greatest and terbenar.
Observing that the Al-Qur `an is kalamullah will make readers of Al-Qur` an to feel that as if God spoke to him. Obviously, this kind of exaltation will affect a servant's heart. Allah Almighty says,
"So (the command of Allah), and whoever exalts the greatness-the greatness of Allah, it arises from the piety of hearts." [Al-Hajj: 32]
Third, read the Qur `an with menadabburi and examine its contents.
Because the primary purpose of decline of Al-Qur `an is that we menadabburi his verses as described in His word,
"This is a blessed Book which We have sent down to you so that they pay attention to the verses and that those who have learned the lesson of the mind." [Shad: 29]
Leaving tadabbur against Al-Qur `an will lead to violence in the liver. Allaah affirmed,
"So if they do not menadabburi Al-Qur'an, or are their hearts locked up?" [Muhammad: 24]
It must be known that menadabburi and watch Al-Qur `an is better than just reading the Qur` an. Therefore, Ibn Hajar Al-Asqalâny rahimahullah said, "Anyone who reads (Al-Qur` an) with Tartil and look at (Al-Qur'an), he is like a man who give charity with a very expensive jewel. " [ 2]
Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah said, "Whoever reads the Qur` an with tafakkur (think and contemplate) until, if through a verse that he needs to treat his heart, although he repeated a hundred times, even through the night, because reading one verse with tafakkur and understand (verse) it is better than reading and understanding the seal without tadabbur. (It) is also more beneficial for the heart and more invites to acquire faith and feel the sweetness of Al-Qur `an." [3]
Fourth, read the Qur `an to seek refuge in Allah Ta'ala from the accursed Shaytan disorders. Allah Almighty ordered,
"If the reading of Al-Qur` an, you shall seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan. "[An-Nahl: 98]
He should read, "Audhu billahi minasy syaithânir rajim," to realize that Shaytan memalingkannya really trying to take advantage of and practice of Al-Qur `an.
Fifth, read the Qur `an with a sense of humility. God has ruled, accompanied by a warning, to those who believe in His word,
"Has not the time come, for those who believe, in their heart humility 'in the remembrance of Allah and the truth which has come down (to them). Do they like people who previously had lowered the Book to him, then berlalulah over their long lifetime, (but) then their hearts became hardened. And most of them are wicked people. "[Al-Hadid: 16]
Sixth, read the Qur `an is Tartil.
God has commanded in His word,
"And read the Qur` an that is Tartil (slowly). "[Al-Muzzammil: 4]
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam has set an example by reading Tartil the evening prayer. If passed reading verses containing beads, his hymn. If passed reading verses about grace, he stopped and begged mercy of God. When reading through paragraphs of subsection wrath, he took refuge in God [4] .
In a hadith [5] , the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam evening prayers read only by repeating a verse, which is the word of Allah, the Exalted,
"If you torture them, in fact they are the slaves of you, but if You forgive them, verily Thou art the Mighty, the Wise." [Al-Maidah: 118]

Seventh, learn the content and interpretation of Al-Qur `an from the scholars.
Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam warned,
"It is not a people gathered in a house (read: the mosque) in the houses of God, that they read the Book of Allah and learn from each other (the book) is in between them, except that it definitely fell ket e memories in their midst, they will be seized grace, shaded by the angels, and God will call them (in front of the angels) in His hand. "
Eighth, to understand the meaning of recitations of the Qur `an actual.
Allaah says,
"Those to whom We have given the Book, they menilawah (Al-Qur` an) to the actual reading. They were faithful to (Al-Qur `an). And whoever is ungrateful towards (Al-Qur'an), they are the ones who lose. "[Al-Baqarah: 121]
Recitation of the Qur `an is by three things:
  1. Read in accordance with the provisions of the reading of Al-Qur `an that exist among experts qirâ` ah and recitation.
  2. Understanding the content and interpretation.
  3. Faith and practice and the content of its laws [6] .
Ninth, modeled on the state of the prophets and righteous people in the reading of Al-Qur `an.
One of the properties of the angels, who always obey and fear Allah 'Azza wa Jalla, was read kalamullah as in his words,
"And for the sake of (the group of angels) who recited the words of Allaah." [Ash-Shaffat: 3]
About the prophet, Allaah says,
"They are the ones who have God given favor, namely the descendants of Adam, from those We carried with Noah, of the seed of Abraham and Israel, and of those whom We guided and chose . When the verses of Allah, Most Gracious are recited to them, they fall down to prostrate and cried. "[Maryam: 58]
Also, Allah describes the nature of the people of knowledge when hearing the verses of God, as in His word,
"Indeed, those who were given knowledge beforehand, when recited Al-Qur` an to them, bersungkur over their face while prostrate, saying, 'Glory to our Lord, verily the promise of our Lord definitely met.' And they bersungkur on the face their tears, and they also adds to their humility. "[Al-Isra ': 107-109]
Our Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam, crying in many circumstances in the reading of Al-Qur `an, or when they hear the reading of Al-Qur` an the Companions as valid in a number of hadith.
Tenth, when concerns over self-classified as those who leave and ignore the Qur `an.
Allaah has warned,
"The Apostle said, 'O my Lord, indeed my people make Al-Qur'an as something to be ignored.'." [Al-Furqan: 30]
Ibn al-Qayyim rahimahullah mentions five forms of leave Al-Qur `an:
  1. Leaving hear, believe, and pay attention to Al-Qur `an.
  2. Left the charity with the Qur `an and stop at any halal and haraam.
  3. Leaving arbitrate and tahâkum to Al-Qur `an.
  4. Leaving tadabbur and understand (Al-Qur `an).
  5. Leaving treatment and find a cure with (Al-Qur `an) [7] .
Thus ten tips for better heart was touched when reading the Qur `an. May Allah cleanse our hearts and souls of all sin and sinners, of all the diseases and dangers, and may God continue to fight and soothing our hearts with Al-Qur'an Al-Karim. Innahu waliyyu dzalika wal qadiru 'alaihi wa huwa jawwadun Karim.
